Returns & Exchanges

At Mushie, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
